Oh my 5/5 stars for sure. Walking in there you are just welcomed by the most genuinely kind people. Very authentic ambiance. I felt truly inspired by everything. From the food being fresh salsa, fresh guacamole, amazing carne asada enchiladas, to the amazing service, to the vibe and oura the place offered. Truly felt inspired by it all. Thank you Guadalajara's for making my Mexican food dream come to life. Truly inspired.

Oh man, this has become one of our must stop spots in Tucson. The table side guacamole was the best guac I've ever had. I got the fajitas with chicken, steak, shrimp and carnitas. It was absolutely delicious and they gave me four huge tortillas to come with it. My wife was a little disappointed that her Chimicangas werent deep fried a little bit more, and my son didn't like the chicken tinga taste in his nachos. He much preferred the classic tasting chicken from my fajitas. However, everything tasted amazing and we had great service. I like the decor and they offer a very robust menu. It's a little pricey, but I think it's totally worth it. If you are in Tucson and love Mexican food, it's a must try.

When people visit Tucson this is one of the restaurants that I take people to for the freshly made table-side salsa, food, and variety of flavor options for the margaritas. Make sure to try the prickly pear for sweet or the jalapeño margarita if you want a bit spicier. They have bright Hispanic heritage themed restaurant decor. There are several different locations, however the service is not always consistent across them all. The one on Kolb is one of the best for customer service and food quality.

Came here for Mike's bday dinner. Server, Dulce, was fabulous! I had a slight issue with my meal (I ordered a shredded chicken flauta & I got ground beef flauta) Dulce was very apologetic & made it right without an issue! Food was fantastic. I ended up getting 2 shredded chicken enchilada's with white sauce, very tasty! My husband got chicken/stean fajitas which he said were tasty as well! All in all, it was a very nice atmosphere & enjoyable time. Sorry no pics, we were hungry! Hahhaa :)

My friend and I ate here Thursday afternoon, October 12. We walked in at 3pm and the place was slow. We asked if dogs were allowed on the spacious patio and were told yes, so we went back to the car to get our dogs and were the first customers on the patio. This place is usually very busy on the weekends and our mid-afternoon visit was intentional. Normally lone couples on an empty patio are forgotten, but our serve (Luce?) was very attentive. We ordered water and then ordered Cilantro Chicken for him and Mole de Pollo for me. Both cost $17.95. Our two dogs were tied up to a nearby railing. Service and food came out promptly. My mole was more sweet than spicy but still very good and filling. We got extra chips and salsa with our meals. Luce poured us water three times. Sitting on the shaded patio kept us from having to listen to the loud music inside, so we were spared that. We left just as the outdoor salsa cart was getting prepared and people started coming to sit on the patio. We enjoyed our dining experience. I felt bloated for several hours after the meal, so we took a short walk around Reid Park with the dogs afterward. I'm not sure why this place only has a 3.3 rating. but most seem to stem from the bar and the high alcohol prices.
